Nokia Lumia 2520

Nokia Lumia 2520 :

Nokia announced its entry into the tablet market with the Windows RT tablet, the Lumia 2520, which sees the firm challenging Apple's iPad lineup devices.
The device is supposed to launch before the end of the year for $499, and overall it looks and feels incredibly solid.
Despite Nokia recently having been acquired by Microsoft, the Lumia 2520 sees the firm directly competing with the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 tablet. The Finnish phone maker, like Microsoft, clearly wants to attract business customers, as it has provided the slate with Microsoft Office, Outlook and an optional Power Cover Keyboard.
Design : The Lumia 2520 tablet echoes design of Nokia's Lumia smartphones, which in a market full of lookalike tablets and endless black rectangles could be the device's main selling point. The tablet will be available in four different colours at launch - black, blue, red and yellow.
It's packing LTE, and a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU inside, with a bright 650nit screen made out of Gorilla Glass 2.
Screen : 10.1-inch Full HD display, each screen runs at a 1,920x1080-pixel-resolution. And while these are undoubtedly high resolutions, they are not the highest we've ever seen. However, each screen employs techniques that extend their quality and presentation value beyond simple sharpness. Nokia Lumia 2520 Tablet will come with 6.7 Megapixel Auto Focus Rear Camera with Auto Flash LED Light and 2 Mega Pixels front facing camera. Tablet will support 1080 pixels video recording and playing option and front will support video calling. It have all connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2G, 3G and 4G LTE Network supports.

Nokia Lumia 2520 features :
  • With 4G LTE connectivity and max download speed 150 Mbps, you can surf the Internet faster than you can say "wow".
  • The 8000mAh battery won't let you down. Made to cut down unnecessary power. It keeps going for around 10 hours of talk time or upto 25 days of standby time.
  • Surface 2's Type Cover 2. It's an amazingly comfortable keyboard that of course doubles as a screen cover. This new version also includes a handy backlight feature.
  • 32 GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, NFC and an 8,000mAh battery.
  •  The Nokia Lumia 2520 charges 80% in one hour.
  • The Surface 2 houses a 1.7GHz Nvidia Tegra 4, whereas Nokia went with a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 for the Lumia 2520. The Tegra 4 is great for smoothly navigating the OS, quickly decoding streaming video, and loading apps.
