iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C :
Apple launched the new iPhone 5S and low-cost iPhone 5C and provided the market with a next-gen smartphone and an updated version of last year's model that was more affordable.The iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C are Apple's new 2013 devices and each offer a different smartphone approach. The iPhone 5S, Apple's flagship, features the new A7 processor which is twice as fast as the previous A6 processor found in the iPhone 5C.
The Apple iPhone 5S is defined as the 'most forward-thinking iPhone yet' by the company and it comes with the Apple-designed A7 64-bit chip and also includes a M7 motion co-processor for measuring motion data through various sensor like accelerometer, compass and gyroscope. The Apple iPhone 5S comes with a 4-inch display with a resolution of 640x1136 pixels and boasts of a 326ppi pixel density. The iPhone 5S runs IOS 7, the new iteration of Apple OS and all-new 8 megapixel iSight camera with True Tone flash and Touch ID fingerprint sensor. It comes in three inbuilt storage variants 16GB , 32GB (Rs. 62,500) and 64GB (Rs. 71,500) and will be available in three colour variants such as Gold, Silver and Space Grey.
The iPhone 5S sports an all-new 8-megapixel iSight Camera with dual-LED flash, which the company called True Tone flash. The rear camera features an f/2.2 aperture and a 15 percent large image sensor, compared to the iPhone5. It also houses a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Apple iPhone 5S is the first device in Apple's portfolio which features the much-awaited fingerprint scanner, which the company calls Touch ID. The Touch ID scanner can be used to unlock the iPhone 5S or even authorize payments on iTunes.
On the other hand, the iPhone 5C features an all-new design, comes in multiple colours and packs internals almost identical to the iPhone 5. The Apple iPhone 5C features a 4-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD display with a resolution of 640x1136 pixels and a 326 ppi pixel density. It runs iOS 7 and is powered by the Apple A6 chipset, which is also seen on the iPhone 5. The Apple iPhone 5C features a hard-coated polycarbonate body and is a bit thicker and heavier than the iPhone 5.
It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also includes a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. The iPhone 5C will be available in 16GB and 32GB (Rs. 53,500) models.
